My services provide clinical expertise as an advocate for the patient and family in planning their care needs in later life and changing care needs. As a result I often am asked about the cost of care, insurance coverage, how to create a living will or and as health professionals we encourage patients to assign an MDPOA and have that accessible in their charts.
